Kristyna D Posted June 7, 2019 Share Posted June 7, 2019 Hi, I got my license few weeks ago and everything was working fine until few days ago when I wanted to save my file and the program would stop responding completely (colour wheel appears and swirls infinitely). Same happens for export in any format. When I force quite, my file is restored but still can't save. Please, help. Staff MEB Posted June 7, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 7, 2019 Hi Kristyna D, Welcome to Affinity Forums Press and hold ctrl while launching the application until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Keep the first and third checkboxes ticked (untick the second one) and press Clear. Are you able to save the file then?
