Hi,

I got my license few weeks ago and everything was working fine until few days ago when I wanted to save my file and the program would stop responding completely (colour wheel appears and swirls infinitely). Same happens for export in any format. When I force quite, my file is restored but still can't save.

Please, help. 

I am very upset because I really need this file very soon and it's taken me some time to make.

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Press and hold ctrl while launching the application until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Keep the first and third checkboxes ticked (untick the second one) and press Clear. Are you able to save the file then?
