cjk input source (eg: schinese) bug with history panel

when i want to type something like Chinese letter, i have a lot of history record but on my windows, i only have one history record...

by the way, i use the default Chinese Pinyin input on mac and this bug appear long long days ago, not only 1.7 and 1.6
