When I click on the Affinity icon in my purchases it wants to know if I want to continue my trial. I purchased it in Jan. 2016 and have been using it ever since and updating. Some how I missed the last update. What do I do? Quote
Staff stokerg Posted June 7, 2019 Staff Posted June 7, 2019 Hi Sparkleybright, It's possible you had been signed into a different Mac App Store account, for example, one you didn't purchase Affinity under. That wouldn't explain why it offered you the trial version . I see you've repurchased it, which is one way to solve the problem. If you want to look into the issue with the App Store, i'd suggest contacting Apple and if you do that within the next 14 days and get the issue resolved, you can request a refund for the one you've brought direct from us Quote
