A_B_C Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 Hi everybody, I am well aware that the following is a very special request, but nevertheless … I am currently trying to set up Affinity Designer for sharing files with Font Lab Studio (FLS). And I noticed that there seems to be no direct way to transfer vector data to FLS. Pasting vector paths from the clipboard results in creating pixel images in FLS, while EPS data cannot be imported to FLS (tried all options). Please find the respective part of the FLS manual below. EDIT If I create SVG data from my glyph drawing, open the respective file in Inkscape and export it to EPS, FLS will import the file. I copied the respective lines from the EPS code of the files for reference below. So is there any way to get vector data more directly to FLS? I mean, without any conversion by Inkscape or Illustrator? Thanks in advance, Alex :)
HairyDalek Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 Hi, just been trying the same thing and after failing, I did a Google on the subject and this was one of the results. So, chalk up a “me too” on this!
