pmi Posted May 22, 2019 Posted May 22, 2019 Hi, Improving the export of images for the web is very important. This is a set of proposals to improve Export persona Preview image with compression and palette optimisation; View optimized file size; Change the image size; Thanks a lot. el_omo, retrogem, Rudolphus and 5 others 8 Quote
el_omo Posted October 18, 2019 Posted October 18, 2019 Completely agree. I know Affinity isn't trying to "copy/replicate" everything from Adobe, but I do agree that having this preview window with tweaking options helps to get the job done faster. pmi 1 Quote
J-MGK Posted November 27, 2019 Posted November 27, 2019 For me essential. I see that this option is being requested since 2015 and is not introduced. pmi 1 Quote
pmi Posted February 11, 2020 Author Posted February 11, 2020 Is there any news? This option is essential for those who make the web. Thank you Quote
Brenda M Posted June 12, 2021 Posted June 12, 2021 What I have done is to use Google's Squoosh Desktop App to replace the Save for Web Preview issue. Works fabulously, albeit, it adds another step. But the compression options in Squoosh are fabulous. You can use Squoosh ONLINE, or you may choose to download the Desktop App. Desktop App: https://squoosh-desktop.vercel.app/ ONLINE App: https://squoosh.app/ Quote
IngeFromHolland Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 I think you can change the size of the image just like the panel in Illustrator. Just choose which setting, or just type the desired size in here. retrogem 1 Quote
Stefan81 Posted July 7, 2021 Posted July 7, 2021 Yes, a preview of the export in export persona would be extremely helpful. Maybe a button at in the top toolbar to toggle the preview, maybe even a split screen would be great. Quote
