herrstoehr
Hi there, I have the Photo- and Designer-App installed on iMac, now I bought a MacBook. Meanwhile I've changed my -Account. On my iMac it's possible to just open the app from the App-Store, on my MacBook I have to buy both apps again. Is it possible to install the apps on MacBook without paying again usage? macOS iMac: High Sierra 10.13.6 macOS MacBook: Mojave 10.14.5 Thank U
Staff SFurniss Posted May 17, 2019 Staff Share Posted May 17, 2019 If you sign into your Apple Store account with the same email address you used to place the order you will be able to download again from there. If you are not seeing the product in your history can I suggest contacting Apple for assistance.
herrstoehr
Thanks for quick answering but the problem is that the -Account I've used to buy the apps has already been cancelled, so I'm not able to log into. I'll try to connect to solve this, but if not, is there any other possibility to get the apps downloaded not buying it again?
herrstoehr
I'v solved my problem: with the inbuild "Migration-Tool" it is possible to transfer all apps and preferences!
