save a profile from Layer effects

Hi Roger Lievens,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
There's no way to save Layer Effects presets however you can create a custom style from an object containing layer effects (note that the fill/stroke attributes of the object used to create the style will also be saved along with the style). To create a style, select the object (with the layers effects applied), go to the Styles panel (same section as the Layers panel by default), click the small menu icon on the top right and select Add Style from Selection.

Just for reference you can also copy/paste the layers effects from one object to another: select the object with the layer effects, go to menu Edit ▸ Copy; select the target object where you want to paste the effects go to menu Edit ▸ Paste FX.
