include images - some wishes

Hi.

1. It would be fine after opening the image table by the button left and move a pic to the book, NOT to fix this table until esc is used, but move the book up and down and put pics into it in a first step.

2, better to free the table window to set it to the side with allways first position.

3. to show in this table which pics are included in the book till now and show the page number there. 

4. the mouse should stay at the pic which was choosen last if the table is opened again; often I use the next number then.

So I could choose the pics in a first step to the pages, second making it exact. Reg. lars
