Crash at creating a Textframe on a Master Page

Hi there,

when i try to create a new textframe on a Masterpage, publisher hangs up.
this is reproducable:

1. File New
2. select a Master Page
3. try to create a Textframe (Frame text Tool [T])
4. >> publisher hangs up

Publisher Version 1.7.0.206 beta
OS: Windows 10

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum!

Could you try these steps in the new build (1.7.0.221) and see if this still causes the app to hang? If you're able to replicate this issue, could you provide some more detailed steps or possibly a screen recording?
