jon chiu Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 Does Affinity Photo 1.6.5 corrects Sigma 30mm f1.4 & 56mm f1.4? If not, what is the ETA? & what is the current fix? Quote
v_kyr Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Look here ... Supported Lenses for SerifLabs RAW engine (1.6.x) Quote ☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan ☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
Staff stokerg Posted January 15, 2019 Staff Posted January 15, 2019 Hi jon chiu and Welcome to the Forums, The 30mm is supported but the 56mm isn't supported at the moment and we have no ETA on when/if it will be added. You can try using the Lens correction options in the Develop Persona to manually correct the images taken with the 56mm. Quote
jon chiu Posted July 9, 2019 Author Posted July 9, 2019 Hi, I can see that Sigma 30mm f1.4 is supported in Affinity Photo 1.7.1, thanks. Any update on the 56mm? Quote
iceskating_uphill Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 It looks like you are using the lensfun database on Github. As of February, that project has stalled due to lack of availability effort, presumably impacting Serif’s ability to add new lens profiles. As a Sigma 16mm owner, I’m unable to buy into Affinity at this time unfortunately, as I love the app. Quote
Tayshiro Posted November 13, 2022 Posted November 13, 2022 (edited) Hey guys, I know this is an old topic. But I was looking hopefully for a solution to correct my Sigma 56mm lens... And I found it! =D Follow the tutorial bellow and have fun! The lensfun database is up to date. Edited November 13, 2022 by Tayshiro Quote
