tyzzex
I purchased Affinity Designer around when it first came out, and it appears to me that I did so before store accounts became a thing. I can't find my confirmation of purchase email from so long ago or receipt. I'm trying to migrate from Mac to Windows my copy of Affinity Designer, but I must have upgraded from my trial within the application. Is there any way to migrate my key from Mac to Windows without an account? I'm not sure why I don't have an account. Is there anywhere I can check my license key of my downloaded software to figure this out? I have the debit card I used to make the purchase so long ago if I need that to verify I've purchased the application. Does my license even cover a Windows version of the application or is that a separate purchase? I don't mind having one key active. I'm trying to migrate environments from Mac to Windows. Staff StevenS Posted January 2, 2019 Staff Share Posted January 2, 2019 Hi @tyzzex, Welcome to the Affinity forum. Unfortunately our licences are not transferable and you would need to purchase a separate Windows version to install on Windows. Each version is sold separately and each has its own licenses.
