AaronStrange Posted December 31, 2018 Share Posted December 31, 2018 I purchased Affinity Designer a while back, however I recently reset my computer and cannot find a way to re-download Affinity Designer. I tried to sign into the Affinity store, but found none of my email addresses had an account associated with it. I can provide proof of purchase. If you can help me get back into my account, if one was ever created, it would be greatly appreciated. UPDATE: From where I copied all my files from the reset I was able to save Affinity Designer, but I still need account assistance for obvious reasons. I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume that you purchased through the Mac App Store based on what you've written. To download a previous order, open the Mac App Store and select on 'Purchased' and it will be shown in the list (You will need to be logged into the Mac App Store using the same account that was used to purchase the app). If however you did not purchase the MAS, please contact us using affinity@serif.com and let us know the email addresses you may have used to purchase from our store and we will be able to look in to this further for you.
