Option to "Show/Hide Scrollbars" under View menu

Hello, Team Affinity!

 

I realized that I have never used the scroll bars in both Designer and Photo application. I use the space bar to pan around the document. I just thought it would be nice to hide the scroll bars to increase the document real estate by few pixels.

My suggestion is to add an option to "Show/Hide Scrollbars" under View menu

On the Mac they seem to obey the system setting for this (under System Preferences -> General -> Show scroll bars) so this seems to be a Windows-specific concern as I don't believe Windows has an equivalent option.  This might belong in preferences rather than the View menu if it does get added for Windows users, though I could see it going either way really.
