SaKiE Posted December 16, 2018 Posted December 16, 2018 Is it possible to add a secondary viewer canvas window, something like an 'output' screen, that can be placed on a secondary window without tools etc visible ? It would be helpful when working on zoomed in areas to see the overall composition on secondary screen while working on finer details. I have a wacom Cintiq 24" as main work surface, but also a secondary screen that helps as reference screen. Quote
walt.farrell Posted December 16, 2018 Posted December 16, 2018 @SaKiE: You don't say whether you're on Mac or Windows, and the process would be somewhat different. On Windows, you should be able to use View > New View to get a second tab that shows another view of your project. It will show any edits made in the original tab. You can drag that second tab free from its anchor to make it a free-floating window with no tools showing (only the rulers, if you have them active). If you have a second monitor (I don't) you should then be able to drag that second view onto it. I don't know the process for Mac.
