Page presets, adding "+" to indicate change

The bleed and margin settings seem to be part of the Page preset information. If these were changed it would be nice to have a "+" character added next to the page preset used to indicate a variation from the original info.

Windows 10 Pro, I5 3.3G PC 16G RAM
