mac os purchase on App Store - iPad version

I bought Affinity Photo on App Store (mac OS version) there is any possibility to have iPad version with this license I purchased on mac App Store?

You need to buy a separate Windows or Mac version to install on a desktop or an iPad version to install on the iPad. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses.
