Windows order - Refund

I’ve contacted you several times on twitter and sent an email directly to affinityreturns@serif.com. No response from anyone. Can someone please get back to me. I can see that you have dealt with other customers queries but have ignored mine.

I accidentally purchased Affinity Photo for Windows instead of Mac and would like my issue dealt with. Order no. AMPZQWY0CB
