Girlfriend tried to buy Photo for me and accidentally tied it to her own account

Hello,

Yesterday, my girlfriend tried to buy me a copy of Affinity Photo as an early Christmas present because of the Black Friday sale but she used her own email address when she made the purchase and it doesn't seem like I can tie the serial key to my account through any means, so I thought I would check here and see what our options are.  She already has a copy of Photo and Designer tied to her account so she has no use for another instance of Photo...any help or advice would be extremely appreciated.  Thanks!
