Text in frame changed to curves

I was working on a one-page document this morning and just re-opened the file, and I was annoyed to find that the text in one of the frames (the longest one, of course), has been changed to curves and is thus no longer editable.

It's possible that I'd hit Cmd-Return by accident just before saving but I don't believe so! At least, there should probably not be a shortcut assigned to this function by default - it's rarely used and potentially very damaging.

I don't have an issue with the convert curves shortcut in general but i think it should be disabled when actually typing text so I shall get this reported
