Publisher Beta Hanging

Trying to load 1.7.0.174(Beta)  Apears to go OK but then when I run it it hangs showing a small Affinity box - screenshot below - the small box in the middle of the frame.

I've left it for ages and no other errors come up.

It's not using any CPU or memory.
Windows 10 home 64bit - i5 processor with 16gig mem.

HI PRGH

Can you try with beta 192 and see if it will run for you at all? If not can you try a complete uninstall and reinstall of the app to see if that solves the issue?
