Iolite Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 Windows 10 updates filled my C drive and I replaced the drive with triple capacity. Lost Affinity Photo and so made another download under "Run", from the download section. After download the Screen states Affinity Photo will be updated to version 1.6.5 Update. Doing so results in " Invalid Path ". Would you please advise how to get the program to load. I had no problem with Affinity Graphic Designer which also had to be replaced. Quote
Staff Gabe Posted November 12, 2018 Staff Posted November 12, 2018 Hi @Iolite, Welcome to the forums. Can you please send us a screenshot of the error message? Thanks, Gabe. Quote
Iolite Posted November 13, 2018 Author Posted November 13, 2018 Hi Gabe, I believe the download assumes Affinity Photo is already installed and is looking for its location. I need to make a fresh install. Here are the screen shots I receive when trying to run the download. ps. I use the Affinity Graphic Designer program to produce Honey Jar Labels for my honey harvest ( I keep Bees). I have just taken new Photos of lavender with Bees for Gourmet Lavender Honey Labels and accordingly need to enhance these photos. Geoff Quote

Iolite Posted November 14, 2018 Author Posted November 14, 2018 Hi Gabriel, Ran the Windows program, uninstalled and then reinstalled as directed. Affinity Photo is now up and running. Thanks indeed for your help. Geoff Quote
