Text in brackets, Tabstops in lists

1) If you want to write (s. blablabla) the small letter s. turns to capital S. It would be needed to stay in small letters if you need to write text in German.

2) I can't set the wanted tabstop spaces consistently. The space width settings seem to change without reason. For example if you add a new point in a list the tabstop space changes sometimes and if you want to set it to the space you used before the before set distance doesn´t match.

3) Number formats in lists change unreasonably. If I want to have a format like "1." and then change it to "1)" some paragraphs won´t change to the new format.

4) If you like to ad a paragraph in an already existing list as a new number one and that paragraph was already in the text but unnumered it is not easily possible to get it numbered, even if you starting a "new list" it will stay unnumbered. Also the setted list format for that paragraph will not be taken over.

welcome to the forums

You can change auto capitalisation of first letter in the Auto-Correct section of the preferences panel. You can also create title exceptions

Are you able to provide any screenshots, video or example files to demonstrate the exact issues that you are trying to raise in points 2, 3 and 4 as I'm not getting any specific issues trying these but I could be missing how things need to be setup
