Zoom and Color Picker behaviour

Recommended Posts

I am so eager to use Affinity Photo on daily basis to do concept art and background painting.

BUT it can't be without a very reactive ALT picker (meaning as soon as you click ALT you go in picker mode)

AND a CTRL + SPACE or SPACE + CTRL behaviour for the zoom regardless of the order of the sequence.

Will these behaviours be adressed or is it the intended behaviour?

Thanks,

Francis

Yep, that's one of my dreamed things (illustrator/digital painter here, too)....maybe that could be possible removing the magnifier (might need a lot to be done internally, probably, who knows, maybe a large revamp), even as a non default feature to set off in preferences. That's my wish, too.  :)  . Or maybe it has not much to do with the magnifier graphic thingy... dunno.

The ctrl + space, or other shortcuts customizations/replacements (additionally with mouse buttons. Or not) ,not sure if what you want could be solved with an external utility....might want to give it a try to great free tiny Windows (if you are in Windows) app (does not use really computer resources, i leave Windows starting up with it, use it with a lot of apps) called  X-Mouse Button Control (I have how-tos posted here, not needed for the average computer user, tho, but would be too much time for me to dig for them, now ;)  ) :  https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/XMouseButtonControl.htm

Cheers,
