The print preview is still blank but can be rectified by going to 'fit type' and selecting 'fit to printable' but that shouldn't be necessary. Also I haven't checked it but is the printing problem of a booklet resolved when with the previous build pages 2 and 3 came out upside down compared with pages 1 and 4? Thank you.
