Bullet paragraph style does not honor character style size

Attempted to use character style to change bullet color, and size.  Only holds setting till bullet paragraph style is reapplied. Saving and reloading does not resolve the issue.  

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create character style with font size much larger than default set by bullet paragraph style included by default.  Set leading size to zero so bullet doesn't affect line-height. Center bullet using baseline shift.
2. Apply this character style to bullet using edit parargraph style window. 
3. Create new line of text and apply paragraph style. (font size of bullet will be ignored)

Can you try this in 140? I've tried it and the bullet it picking up all the attribute for the character style I set for it
