Hi @something,

Welcome to the forums. 

We do not have a replacement for Emboss nor a Texturize filter. However, you can try this workaround. 

Create your noise texture - or acquire one. Save it to your pc. 

Next, use Filters > Lighting > Load Bumpmap. Choose your texture file. Adjust the Texture slider to suit your needs. Turn diffuse to 0 and ambient to 100. You can then have a play with the light cone, specular and shiness. 

Once you're done, mask the texture so that it only affects the areas you like :)
