Text frame tab ruler from right box not sticking

Create a text frame, add text, show text ruler. Add a tab by clicking the tab ruler Right click the tab marker on the ruler and click "from right". It does convert the tab marker correctly but right clicking the tab marker opens the dialogue and the From Right is not ticked. It shows correctly on the tab ruler and does work correctly. This is a great feature, though I can't think when I'd use it.
