master/child - wrong size

Recommended Posts

Have been looking forward to AP and it looks very promising already! (Love AD already)

The master child relations don't work. Changing the document size of the master, doesn't affect the children. Testing back and forth, deleting pages, creating new ones, it seems that the behaviour is erratic. Adding margins made things even worse. I am sure you will fix that and make it stable :)

Best regards from Berlin and thanks for your work!
Henning

Hi @Henning Harms ,

Welcome to the forums and apologise for the delayed reply.

This is not a bug. Resizing the master page will not resize the other pager. It acts like a placeholder that will  "mirror" anything you add to that page ( text, shapes, etc) to any other pages you apply it to, but not the actual page settings.

I suggest you give our latest build a go as we have changed many things in the past month. Let us know if you have any more issues.

Thanks,

Gabe.
