iamb Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 I have been using the Trial Version of Affinity Photo for Mac for a few days. I just bought the full version and downloaded it. My tools are all monochromatic, when I go to Preferences it doesn't matter if I check or uncheck the Monochromatic tool box, they stay monochromatic. Staff DWright Posted August 27, 2018 Staff Share Posted August 27, 2018 Please can you reset your Affinity Photo back to its default settings by holding down the CTRL key while launching Photo. When the Clear User Data window appears, click Select All and then Clear. Be aware that resetting your app back to its default settings will lose any custom settings such as keyboard shortcuts and brushes etc. To backup such settings before resetting the app, please watch our Affinity - Exporting User Settings and Keyboard Shortcuts video.
