Designer - both windows and Mac:

Is it possible to create, and use, vector fills?

 

Apologies if this is already asked, I did search.


MacBook Pro 11,2,  Intel i7 4 core, 8Gb RAM, Graphics Intel Iris Pro.

iPad Pro 11.4,  256Gb, 10.5 Retina, A10X Fusion chip, Apple pencil

Desktop upgraded to Win10 64-bit, Intel i5 quad core, 8Gb RAM, NVIDIA GefORCE GT730

The Win-10 laptop is on permanent loan to my daughter......

Hi @Sunset ,

You can only use bitmap fill, not vector fill. 

You can manually create a "pattern" and mask it using the shape of your object, but there is no built-in feature to fill a shape with vector image.

Thanks for that.

I hope it will be included one day. I can buy vector fills and make my own for graphic design, but I will have to use an older program to get the flexibility that I need.
