Remap Keys for Selection

I am a lazy user (mac) and do not organise my designs into layers. Instead I depend entirely on the use of the keyboard shortcut shift+cmd+option(alt) together with the trackpad to select items, without worrying about layers.

This is a very fiddly keyboard shortcut. I would love some way to map this keyboard combination to, say, the 'fn' key, which I never use for any purpose at all.

I can see that a lot of keyboard shortcut remapping is available, but not this. Any ideas or suggestions (apart from telling me to use layers properly, thank you)?

Welcome to the forums. You're right, Affinity does not support fn key in the shortcuts. You will have to find another way of setting up the shortcuts.
