Designer - Stroke outside line of object

Hi! I'm converting about 100 mono icons to have stroke outside their border.

 

But the stroke in Designer covers half outside and half inside the icon. Is there a way to make the stroke follow the outside of the outline?

If you have a path, you can control if the line is inside, outside or both sides by using the Align option

 

or you could use Layer Effects to create an outline outside
