Hi experts,

I am a new user of affinity photo, thought bought the app little while ago now trying to learn the basics.

I notice that my app was updated on 2 nov. How do I know if I have got the then free bonus contents.

Pleased to hear.

Best regards / Samiulla

Hi Samiulla,

The bonus content was a time limited offer that expired on 16 November. It was necessary to claim it at the time through Affinity Photo's Welcome Screen to get access to the files (details here). Currently you can only get the Force Macro Pack Vol1 (which is a permanent offer) through the Welcome Screen (one of the screens on the horizontal scroller in the Welcome Screen has a clickable link to get it).

Many thanks MEB, noted.

To claim the Macro Pack on macOS, do I need to open separate Affinity Store account?

If yes, then how/where do I do that?

Please advise.

Thanks again.

Hi Samiulla,

Yes, You have to create one if you don't have one yet. Just click the link in the Welcome Screen and you will be redirected to our Store. Fill your e-mail there (in the New to Affinity tab) then follow the instructions on screen to finish creating your new account (select a password etc). You should then be directed to a download link.
