I am new to Affinity Designer. I created a business card file 2.25" x 3.75" (before bleed).

I exported file to EPS (for Print). The file should stay the same dimension 2.25 x 3.75. After i uploaded my file to the printer website then review and confirm it before submit to print.

The eps file i upload become 8.5x11 and the business card artwork stay on the bottom left corner (see file attached). If i created the file with Adobe Illustrator then export to EPS file, I don't have any  problem. I asked the printer tech support  they told me may be something wrong with set up when i export the file to eps. I checked many times but i don't see anything wrong!

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you!

looks like you are exporting the whole document, try selecting the business card and choosing File > Export

You can also create an artboard that will fit your business card artwork, rename it and export that from within the export panel.
