I don't understand how to use this forum n!  I'm trying to install the update to Affinity Photo, - it downloads OK, but when I try to run the .exe file, I get the error message "Exception. CreateDirectory failed"   How do I get help ?

Top tip: use the topic title to provide an indication of what the thread is about, instead of simply filling in your name. To change the title to something more meaningful, edit your original post and press the ‘Use Full Editor’ button to get access to the topic field.
