Shortcut keys Affinity Photo for windows

Just downloaded the Affinity photo trial. The keyboard shortcuts ( eg to select tools or perform other functions ) don't work.

Do I need to alter something in settings or is there any other potential reason why. 

Any ideas will be gratefully received.

No, they should all work as normal.

 

Did you actually load an image first ? If not they will all be greyed out.

Thanks. Yeah had an image loaded so not sure what's going on.

Hi Msm70,

Try resetting them and the app, hold down the CTRL key and open the app. When the window appears, release the key and enable Clear keyboard shortcuts and click the Clear button. Once loaded, open an image and then try the shortcuts for menus and tools.
