Bri-Toon
There is not. However, I can tell you a little bit about copyrights. In today's world since 1989, any original art, whether you upload, create online, or draw on a simple piece of paper, it is all automatically copyrighted. Any rights of that artwork would legally go to you, but there can be cases of theft, and then proving that you're the original creator can get difficult. While it is not required for law, it is recommended that you register your artwork under an electronic registered service such as copyrighted.com. You do not need a lawyer for that as most people assume. That gives evidence of the date it was created, provides any necessary descriptions, or artwork. Before technology, there was another method, the "Poor Man's Copyright" in which you mail artwork to yourself, but that is no longer necessary. And the C in the circle I understand doesn't actually put another legal claim on artwork since it was already copyrighted. I read a lot of this throughout areas online including here, but I wanted to make sure that it was all correct information. So to be sure, I contacted a government service, copyright.gov, and I was told the same thing. Just be careful where you share it, and make sure you always read the fine print of the places you share it. I don't want to give any services a bad name, but there is a website that has an approved contract in which they gain intellectual property over any art that is shared. So by sharing artwork on certain sites in which the contract states certain permissions, you can legally lose rights. So always read the fine print. Feel free to connect with me and let me know what you like or what can be improved. You can contact me here, on my contact page, YouTube channel, or Twitter account. Thanks and have a great day!
