nowingfx
Hi there! I am new from Illustrator and looking for a way to crop my workspace to the artwork bounds. Have a look at the images attached: I want to crop the background so that my icon's background is just what's now marked red. How to fit to Artwork Bounds? Thanks and best regards
toltec
Easiest way is to copy the layer (or group), then go File > New From Clipboard You get a new document to exactly the size of the image (or object) You might have to group them first Alfred 1 Quote Windows PCs. JCD2016
So creating a document size, is completly pointless in Affinity Designer. It just does not honor it at all. I tried this trick, and exported it to EPS. I get a footballfield sized document with a little 100x70mm rectangle in it. Just the same way as I created the first try, a document of 102x72mm This is getting so frustrating to work with
