Are you referring to entering the dimensions in the Transform Studio with the padlock icon enabled to resize proportionately? If so we are already aware of this issue. Objects that have an intrinsic aspect ratio - like images and text - are scaled proportionately by default in Affinity apps. This is by design. If you don't like this behaviour you can change it going to Preferences, Tools section and selecting the behaviour you want from the Move tool aspect constrain dropdown (on the bottom of that screen).
