For example, there are currently two Affinity apps, Affinity Designer & Affinity Photo, so it would help to know which you are using. Also, there are Mac & Windows versions of both, plus an iPad version of Photo, so please tell us which you are having problems with. We also have no way of knowing how your pictures (Affinity documents, exports, what?) are coming out or how you expect them to unless you tell us about that. Regarding crashes, it would help to know when this occurs (on startup, after doing some editing step, etc.) & if all or only certain documents cause them. Basically, keep in mind we can't see what you do so you need to tell us about that.
