Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

If you have bought the application through the Mac App Store you have to contact their support (or click on the Report a problem link in the invoice e-mail you will receive shortly if you haven't already) to get a refund. If you downloaded the Affinity Designer trial by error just uninstall it and download the Photo trial from the correct page on our website.
