[AP Beta 1.5.2.66] - Crash with NVIDIA GPU

Crash when blending layers using NVIDIA GPU (Driver Version - 381.65) note that it doesn't happen when using the Intel HD4600 integrated GPU:

You do not have the MSI Afterburner or the RIvaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS) running when your NVIDIA GPU is active? I have experienced problems with the way how this tool hacks itself into the process.

No, don't overclock the GPU as I am not a gamer.
