If you still have the installer file with you, just copy it to the new computer, install it and use the same product key/e-mail you have used to activate the first copy. Also check you mail account - you should have received an e-mail with your account details (product key/e-mail) and a link to download the software. Regarding the e-mail error, please send an e-mail to affinityorders@serif.com explaining the issue. They should will be able to help you. Note that most of the staff is currently in holidays (Easter) - until Thursday, 20 - so it may take a little longer than usual.
