syphon
Hi all, I ony just installed the software but when attempting to run it I get a message: "This trial has expired. We hope you enjoyed using Affinity Photo". I'm then redirected to Affinity's website offering to buy the software. What am I doing wrong? I would appreciate any help. JFisher
Hi syphon, welcome to the forum :) This would suggest that you have downloaded the trial before, the trial version only starts when it is run for the first time. Do you have access to another machine? If so, you could install the trial version on it to test for 10 days. Alternatively, you could pay for the full version and if you don't like it you can request a refund.
syphon
Thanks for a prompt response JFisher. I remember testing a few different applications a couple of months ago. However, I don't remember installing AP as I think that Windows trial was not available at the time. Anyway, as suggested I will try a different computer as I would really like to have a closer look at the program. Especially now, as Affinity is apparently working on a DAM which, in conjuction with AP, could replace my Aperture workflow.
