nosillacast
Loving Affinity Photo 1.5! Couple of little bugs, one is rather annoying. I can have an image open, and go off to do something else (switch accounts, sleep Mac) and when I come back the image isn't visible, it's all black. Layers and such are all there but the image isn't visible. I can close the image and reopen and it comes back just fine. I've attached a screenshot that might better explain what I'm seeing. Wish I could be more specific on what causes this but it's happened several times.
R C-R
I think this may have something to do with how OS X refreshes in-memory screen content after waking from system sleep. Sometimes it does not seem to 'know' that some screen element has not been rendered. If this is the issue, maybe try doing anything that forces redrawing the canvas, like briefly switching to a different Persona, hiding a Layer in the Layers panel, or just slightly resizing the AP window. andrewgtibbetts
This happens to me when I re-plug-in my external monitor. The only way I have found to get it to show the content is to restart the app. Obviously this makes me worry about the file if it's unsaved because I can't see the content to know whether or not it's in a savable state.
