Hi all,
I'm creating an illustration of a scooter as a project. I'm wondering how I might get better curves around the wheels and hubs (pic attached). I remember, there's a 'smoothing' tool in a version of AI  I had once. If not, what is a good workaround?

Thanks in advance,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

A smoothing tool is something that has been previously been requested and may be a feature included in a future update. Have you tried selecting to shape and then switching to the Node tool and try reducing the amount of nodes to see if this makes the the line smoother.

Hi Lee,

Yes - that's what I ended up doing. It worked out fine but a smoothing tool would still be good and so much quicker. More intuitive too, I think. I found the pencil tool very useful too and I'm going to post another question about it.
