wsg7562
I am really loving Designer! I can see myself using this more and more as my go to vector design program. However I still have to go back to Illustrator to do simple 3d effects, (revolve, extrude and rotate). Also, I haven't been able to figure out a way to have multiple strokes and fills on a single element. I use the appearance panel constantly in Illustrator and would love to have something similar in Designer. Thanks for helping many of us break or Adobe chains!! Bri-Toon
Hello there, Designer is still fairly new, but there will be an option to have multiple effects, strokes, and/or fills per object in version 1.6. The feature is listed on the roadmap. https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/842-affinity-designer-feature-roadmap/ I assume icon indications in the Layers studio is what will count as an Appearance tab in Illustrator, but we'll wait and see. Unfortunately, there is not yet any plans for the 3D effects you mentioned, but there is a 3D effect available in the Effects window. It can be accessed by the FX icon in the Layers studio. Stephen_H
Multiple strokes are really useful when drawing road maps. Just drag your end point around, and the outline & dashed line follows. (see attached animated GIF)

(see attached animated GIF) lol, When I said roadmap, I meant the topic of features which will be on the next version of Designer. But hey, I did forget to mention to him how to have double strokes.
