waltl
Dear Affinity, Hi, I am switching over from Photoshop to Affinity Photo. So far I am really liking it. What I would find really useful would be a list or chart that would show you equivalent functions or tools vs Photoshop. You see this kind of thing when your switching from Windows to Mac. Does this kind of thing exist? If not, it would be really useful for your users who are coming from Photoshop , which I am guessing many of them are. Thanks -Walt
Bri-Toon
I think this should go in the Feature Request section. But anyway, it may not be a list of the comparison, but here is a list of everything Affinity Photo can do. https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/photo/full-feature-list/ The major thing, or top thing, that I'm happy about is the perspective tool and how it works similar to Photoshop's puppet warp. The puppet warp was always my favorite feature in Photoshop, so I am so glad there is something similar in Affinity. Quote The website is still a work in progress. The "Comics" and "Shop" sections are not yet ready. Feel free to connect with me and let me know what you like or what can be improved. You can contact me here, on my contact page, YouTube channel, or Twitter account. Thanks and have a great day!
JGW321
Did anything ever happen about this? Is there a forum with a thread on tips on how to find things that are in a different place to Photoshop? I nearly abandoned Affinity because I thought it couldn't write jpegs, pngs etc, only its own native format, then somebody pointed out Export does this.
