one View Point assigned to a shortcut key fails

Assign a shortcut key Page Down (or any key) to Move to Next View Point (Draw | View in Keyboard Shortcuts in Preferences). Create one View Point. Zoom in or out, or pan the document. Press the shortcut key (Page Down). The document view does not change.

 

Select this View Point from the drop down list of view points and the document view does change. The shortcut key will never work.

I've reproduced this on Windows (doesn't affect the Mac) so i'll get it reported to the developers! :)
