I created a 5 row / 2 column data merge to generate labels that all have the same content. The information (data and graphics) for the labels was entered to the upper left label only and it repeats the same information on all 10 labels which is great!  Problem is, I don't always need the full set of 10 labels to be printed. Is there a way to select which labels print onto label stock from the full sheet of 10?  For example, I want to print 6 labels beginning with row 2 column 2.  Or I just need 3 labels printed beginning on row 5 column 1.  I was easily able to accomplish this using Microsoft Publisher but am trying to convert files over to Affinity as a replacement since Publisher is going away in 2026.  Thanks for any help you can provide!

Welcome to the forums @CoppChem1

My first guess is that you could set the Visibility of the labels you don’t want to print to Hidden (via the Layers Panel) before you print them.

However, that might not be convenient/possible depending on how your document is constructed.

If you can share the AFPUB document (after the data merge) then we will have a better idea of what you are working with and, hopefully, be able to give better advice for your specific needs.

Alternatively, you can create all labels in one .afpub document, with each label representing a separate page. Then, use the "N-Up" printing option (in the "Document Layout" menu) or "Pages per Sheet" (in the "Layout" menu) and selectively define the pages you want to print under "Range/Pages."
